The Shadow Chronicler

No one kills in Palencia without a good reason. And The Shadow Chronicler has fifteen. He is no ordinary murderer. He is a surgeon of time. A meticulous individual who has decided to settle history's debts through ritual homicide right in the heart of the historic quarter. His targets are not random: descendants of the old local oligarchy and high-ranking officials of cultural institutions. People with prestigious surnames and even bigger secrets. The Judicial Police don't have the faintest clue where to start. You do. Or at least you hope so. As a historiographical consultant, you've been handed the worst assignment of your life: a race against time divided into fifteen stages. Fifteen bloody riddles to unearth the dirty laundry of the city's medieval, Renaissance, and modern past. You have only a few hours, a killer on the loose, and a clock ticking against you. Fail a single trial, and the game is over. And the final execution won't be a metaphor.
